From engineering to assembly

We at CCB GmbH accompany our customers…

…from fine-tuning the design and the prototype construction to assembly of components.

…through the entire development process and ensure that the final product meets the requirements.

Thus, our customers have more time for the important things – their core business.

Development

Together with you, we develop innovative ideas or pursue existing development processes.

Product optimization

Does your product not meet 100% of your requirements? We support you in the further development/optimization to ensure the benefit reuqired.

Production / Procurement

After engineering and approval of the prototype, we take over the production and procure the necessary components and add-on parts.

Quality control & testing

Do you want to ensure the quality and durability of your product? We cooperate with you to develop appropriate test procedures and design tools (test automation, simulators, etc.) for quality control.

Assembly

Our many years of experience manufacturing components in our production facilities and procuring additional components ensures a competent final assembly of your components.

The final inspection and storage round off the logistics of the assembly.

IMPORTANT: While assembling the components, there may be findings or suggestions for improvement, which we will discuss with you immediately.

Magnetic shells

We have developed unique magnetic shells for neodymium magnets together with our partners.

In doing so, we have

  • accomplished the design,
  • developed a unique undercut that allows the neodymium magnets to be clicked onto the magnetic shell instead of having to be glued,
  • designed a test device in which the magnets were tested 24/7,
  • and finally we produced the shells.

Customizing dimensions of Metal Cages

The dimensions of Metal Cages had to be modified to enable optimum storage.

Our services

  • Change the height of the containers.
  • Provide tighter meshes so that no bulk material can slip through the bars.
  • Develop special closures for Metal Cages, to prevent random opening in the event of vibrations.
  • Incorporate additional flaps to enable faster emptying of smaller goods.
  • Implement load tests with a certified test laboratory.
